By banned I mean account suspended etc.
By policed I mean given warnings/infractions/penalties/sanctions/etc.
It's worse when they ban without giving any reason.
On the first day I registered on Kijiji I was told not allowed to post ads and to contact customer service. So I used live chat and was told they were looking into it, then all of sudden they told me they reserve right to ban any account that violates policies and hung up on me - twice.
So after writing email asking for explanation, they said because my IP address is out of country I can't post - what the , so I write back that they live chat idiot could have just told me that and why didn't her tell me that in first place?
Still waiting for reply...
HF Forums banned me for replying to a post that quoted me and called my post ignorant. I wrote email to discuss the ban and still waiting for response...
Anyone else hate their posts being police? Or being banned/penalized without any transparent appeal process?
